History

I got into real estate making my first home purchase at the ripe age of 19 years old. Instead of putting myself into college debt, I invested in real estate. Over the next 15 years my husband and I started flipping homes in Arizona. We put a halt on flipping in 2007 when the real estate market crashed. We started flipping again in 2013; which is why I got my Arizon real estate license and in 2015, I went on to get my license in Alaska. People always told me I should be a lawyer because I love to debate. Instead of being a lawyer, I have found negotiating contracts in real estate even better. I am privileged enough to help people with the biggest investment of their life. I take my job very seriously and feel blessed every time someone trusts me with one of their most valuable assets. My favorite part of my job is evaluating comps and determining a home's value, then negotiating the contract to get my buyer/sellers exactly what they want. I'd love to meet - give me a ring! ~
