Gottschalks, founded in 1904, is a regional chain that operates more than 60 department stores and over 10 specialty stores throughout the western United States. It provides a range of products, such as apparel, cosmetics, shoes, bathroom accessories and luggage bags. The store offers cosmetic products from various brands, including Clinique, Prevage, Donna Karan, Elizabeth Arden and Sean John. It also provides a variety of home decor products, such as pillows, table linen, kitchen towels, aquarium screens and mini fountains. In addition, the store offers bridal and gift registry services and provides gift cards. Gottschalks maintains a presence in Anchorage, Alaska.
