His program, Buprenorphine Anonymous, is well attended, with new groups constantly forming. As the recipient of a scholarship from the Georgia Board for Physician Workforce Country Doctor Program, Dr. Zipperer spent several years in the rural parts of Georgia providing comprehensive health care and brings this “country doctor” philosophy to his practice in Alaska. Dr. Zipperer is a proud father of two beautiful children. In his free time, he enjoys recreational interests like aviation and fishing.
