If you have limited time in Juneau, the Tram up Mouth Roberts is eye opening. The tram ride is slow enough to enjoy. No ear popping, it can be a little crowded, but the cool thing is your ticket...

I'm guessing our experience was better than others. The cost was much less because we booked it through NCL. There's a $50 credit per tour that applies to the first guest through the "More at Sea"...
