Come for the aurora and winter sports, or in summer for light-all-night adventures! This is a great place to stage your Alaskan adventures from, we have plenty of room for your gear, and nearby access to suppliers, groceries, restaurants. The city bus stops three blocks away. This is the five bedroom house I raised my children in, homey and comfortable and with a spacious back yard. There is a piano and guitar available, a firepit and grill in the yard, and our bookshelf includes an Alaskana section for you to enjoy. We have games and puzzles for you to enjoy while you are waiting for the aurora on a winter evening, or on one of the porches on a warm light-all-night summer evening. Inspired by the local ice art? Try creating your own! Weather allowing we keep a few five gallon buckets full frozen and ready for you to play with.
