Bad and old products . Customer service does not want to deal with the problem, Does not call back when told would do so. Rip off company Company was helpful in taking care of issue.

Business started by an Alaskan crab fisherman. Founder Cade Smith would bring freshly-caught king crab from Dutch Harbor, and deliver via coolers in the back of his Toyota truck. In 1999, the company's website was created, and FishEx began shipping crab and other seafood throughout the United States. Fresh, and frozen king, snow, and Dungeness crab are a specialty, as well as wild Alaska salmon.

Piss poor customer service. I sent them several emails and followed up with several phone calls and messages. Not one word back form them at all. Not the way to run a business.
