Museum features exhibits on the Klondike Gold Rush, Early Fairbanks, The Great Flood of 1967, Winter in Fairbanks and The Driving Spirit Dog Mushing Museum which features a detailed history of the use of sled dogs in the Far North. Admission is free, however donations are greatly appreciated.

It's a free museum. Yes it doesn't have a lot and will probably only take 5-10 minutes of your time. However, it's free. It's hard to hate any free museum. It has some amazing history elements and...

This museum is mostly about dogsledding and mushers. It's free and located on the second floor of an empty shopping center. It's kind of handicapped accessible but would take some work to get in....
