Ema has been in the styling field for numerous years. She started to realize that creating beauty flows further than just hair. Though she wanted to change the way the field operated, she knew that she would need to create a safe space; not only for the guest, but the stylist as well. At this point her name was already a brand identity, and needed to be the start of a new ideal. A space for stylists to learn freely, for new creators to grow. A location that guests could leave the outside world behind and come to relax. Not paying for just a massage in an esthetics spa, but relying on the knowledge of the professional to spoil and reveal dream hair results. Thus ERH emerged, and the brand grew into a space to protect from the outside world. To create a safety net, where our guests want to come to relax.
