I was all ready to give this hotel a 5-star review and then...when I booked a second night with them, they told me they couldn't give me a ride to the airport because I didn't give them 24 hour...

Fine for sleeping, but absurdly expensive for the quality of the place. It did look like they were working on some renovations, but the room we got was disappointing and not very comfortable.

Friendly staff.. close to downtown Juneau. Quite and clean. I would stay here again.

They refused to reimburse for taxi fare I incurred because they decided to change their policy on airport to hotel shuttle transfers. Their site advertised this service even as late as 24 hours...
