Located at Mile 15.9 in historic Hope, Alaska, Dirty Skillet is the on-site restaurant for Hope Alaska Bear Creek Lodge. Our unique restaurant is a small return to the early 1900 mining days when prospectors found gold in the Resurrection and Six Mile creeks. Dirty Skillet has a wood burning cook stove in the small lounge and a full glass wall that looks out over Bear Creek Pond. Guests can eat in the bar or lounge area, or enjoy their meal on the deck or by the pond.We serve hearty, heaping, home-cooked style foods in an authentic old Alaskan mining venue.

Beautiful space with amazing service, food, music, and more. If there is a waitlist for dinner just relax and hang out by the pond. We just love it here!
