I would highly recommend you NOT take your pet there. we've had two experiences were we were turned away. Last time was October 9th. I would highly recommend some were else.

We come here because of its proximity to our house. I don't have much else to say about their processes other than they don't value owners time. We're "encouraged" to check-in online due to COVID....
