Equipment was good; the directions to pickup was good; they picked us up on time; float was just about right; no complaints whatsoever! Beautiful day ! Plus restaurants to stop at along the way...

Their website provided ease of booking and was way to use! When I got there everyone was super nice and I didn't have to transport the kayak anywhere as they're right on the waterfront! Super easy...

Yesterday was my birthday and I wanted to kayak for the first time. Lived in Fairbanks 2 years and hadn't yet so my husband chose these guys and they were all so amazing. So we had such a fun time...
