Moi (Aunty Yum Yum) born and raised in Thailand began cooking as a young girl and knows Thai Food well. The secret to good food is fresh high quality ingredients. All meals are prepared one at a time. Non GMO, gluten free, and no MSG. We use locally grown vegetables when in season and we are always sensitive to folks with food allergies.
Specialties
Our specialty is good Thai Food made with the best and freshest ingredients that we can provide. Nothing is prepared in bulk an kept under a heat lamp or warmed up in a microwave. Every meal is prepared one at time. That allows us to adjust any meal for any likes or dislikes and/or any food allergies. We provide a full menu, which is rare for a Food Truck....
