I got here as soon as the mall opened and there wasn't much ready yet but the guy asked me what I wanted and then made me a fresh pretzel and it was the best one I've ever had.

They stopped having the flavored pretzel bites! We would always blow $40-60 at this place but never again now... :(

Rude and understaffed. Bad combo. No greeting and no one in line in front of us. Waited about 3 mins just to order 2 drinks.

Always really yummy! The girls are fast and very nice. I had to wait a little over 5 mins because of the oven... so the girls gave me a free lemonade. Nice customer service!

The guilty greasy pleasure of an Auntie Anne's pretzel combined with my best friend's onslaught of free pretzel coupons balances the proverbial pretzel scales. This is definitely not an unbiased...
