I give the store 5 stars. The customer service in the store is knowledgeable and friendly. The actual phone sercive is horrible though.

The worst customer service of any AT&T store I've been to. We've been twice and were unable to be helped either time. We were asked to come back the next day even though we were next in line...

Excellent customer service. Fun and engaging staff. They ensured I got every discount I qualified for and helped me select the best device to fit my budget.
