Opened on 1 July 2015 with two rooms. Opened for 2016 season on 1 March with 5 rooms, each with their own bathroom.

A private, comfortable abode located on Chena Ridge above Fairbanks, the Golden Heart City, with a panoramic overview of the Boreal Forest and Alaska Range. The viewpoint is more than a great vista--it is also a perspective of the past, present, and future of this Great Land which is Alaska.
