RDC is the Resource Development Council for Alaska, Inc, a statewide, non-profit, membership-funded organization made up of businesses and individuals from all resource sectors (oil and gas, mining, fishing, timber, and tourism), as well as Native corporations, support sectors, labor unions, and local governments. RDC was formed in 1975, originally as the Organization for Management of Alaska's Resources (OMAR).
