So frustrated this year with my taxes. I went to a different tax preparer then I previously went to because they screwed my taxes up also and had to file an amendment. This year I have had issues...

She is hard to get a hold of. She doesn't seem to remember who you are even when you were there weeks ago. She doesn't call back When you leave a phone message. It's taking months to finish our taxes.
