We're located on the shores of Sand Lake, eight minutes away from the Anchorage International Airport, 20 minutes from Downtown Anchorage, 45-60 minutes from Girdwood and Portage Glacier and the Chugach National Park, 60 minutes from the Matanuska-Susitna Valley. We are close to bike and world-class ski trails, a grocery store, drycleaner, 10 minutes from a large shopping mall and movies theaters, 30 seconds from Mother Nature.
