Yellow Bicycle is the progression of what George Sarris, of The Fish Market on Southside, started as Fish Market Catering. As business increased, George moved the catering operation out of the 350 seat restaurant and into it's new home located at 195 Vulcan Road (in what was formerly the Culinard Cooking School and 5th Quarter before that).
