We waited 30+ minutes to check in (Prepaid). We tried to get someone on the phone to just cancel to no avail. When the clerk returned to the desk, they were unapologetic and seemed very confused....

Looked nothing like the pictures. Hallway, elevator very dirty. Smelled like stale smoke everywhere. Room very unpleasant blinds were filthy. Water didn't get got. Very gross!
