LOW-END QUALITY FOR HIGH-END PRICE. I could post paragraph after paragraph depicting my nightmare of an experience with Woodland Homes....but a "Karen rant" quickly loses both its credibility...

I am the second owner of a three year old Woodland home. We noticed that the frame around the dormer was separating from the dormer, which is surprising for a three year old home with Hardie board...

Woodland Homes are not worth the asking price. The builder did not honor the promise to repair their shabby work.
