It offers a comprehensive array of support for those dealing with mental illness and substance use disorders across all age groups, ensuring a tailored approach to treatment. With a focus on community well-being, Central Alabama Wellness provides specialized programs for children, adolescents, and adults, alongside individualized services for substance use and intellectual disabilities. Governed by a board appointed by local county commissions, the organization is certified by the Alabama Department of Mental Health and actively participates in community wellness events throughout Chilton and Shelby Counties.
