We teach a blend of Tang Soo Do, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and other martial arts for self defense. We want to be YOUR CHOICE for martial arts during the pandemic. We are working hard to keep you safe in our studio. Here are some examples of our in-studio protocol: 1. During class, students have plenty of room to space out by lining up on every other mark, ensuring a 6 foot social distancing radius. 2. There is no person-to-person contact in class. For example, we are working on individual techniques and forms for sparring, grappling, and self-defense in our individual 6 foot spaces right now. Later, when it is safe, we will resume practicing these techniques with person-to-person contact. 3. Visitors should not congregate in the studio or lobby. If you'd like to watch, you can do so safely from our large outdoor windows and tune into FM channel 100.1 on your radio to listen in on your student's class. 4. All of our employees are wearing masks when interacting with anyone in the studio. 5. No shared equipment is used unless it is sanitized between use using an alcohol-based cleaner and following proper CDC protocol. 6. Any equipment that is owned by the studio and used by the student is sanitized between uses, also using an alcohol-based cleaner and following proper CDC protocol. 7. Mats and other surfaces in the studio are sanitized between each class with KenClean Plus (a US EPA certified cleaner approved for COVID-19).

History

We opened our doors in February of 2017. Since then we have had lot of great students on the mats and are continuing to grow.
