Waited over 30 minutes to buy an iPad and saw other people walk in after me only for them to be helped first. Shouldn't take 5 minutes to sell me an iPad without a service plan...

I went into this store around noon to pick up an online ordered phone and sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes with no one there to help me. I called out to see if anyone was there- no response....
