This location is always so busy. Friendly service. It always takes longer to receive delivered mail for 36526, I'm talking days... average receipt of within the US mail takes 7 to 10 days....

Losing mail consistently, delivered to incorrect address, or shows delivers and never can be found. Also inside office staff seems disgruntled and preoccupied when dealing with customers.

on two separate occasions someone has been able to forward my mail. This second instance every package I ordered was returned to sender if coming through the postal service.
