I've been here over a year and they are friendly, keep the place clean and it has 24hr security guard with gate access only. In the heart of UAB it's close to anything within walking distance....

This is easily the biggest waste of money I've ever spent on rent. If you want to live in a place that hasn't been cleaned and is infested with roaches this is your place. I signed a 4 month lease...

During my stay here, they WITHOUT NOTICE allowed contractors/plumbers into my apartment and then my apple macbook pro somehow disappeared!! I was NOT informed that they had even BEEN IN MY ROOM...
