4 stars because the class was great. The environment was welcoming and I got in a nice sweaty workout. The price is a little high for my preference but I recommend!

I don't know what it is about this particular True40, but MAN they whoop your tail! I've been to the True40 location in Cahaba so I thought I was accustomed to class already...boy, was I wrong!...
