Very clean and timely processing of hog. Every thing was marked and sealed properly. Bacon thick cut and smoked as asked and sausage was great!

I have been eating Thompsons sausage for years.I've tried every big brand (Jimmy Dean,ect.) But they just don't taste like real sausage. Thompsons is the best! Just the right amount of seasonings!
