You guys are wasting your time with other Bham butcher shops. This is the place. Premade meals are incredible. The meat cuts are choice. The wine selection is small but these folks know good wine...

Excellent Andouille sausage. This is much different from the "Cajun" sausage that you get packaged in your chain grocery store. Very dark and spicy. I love to use it in my red beans and rice....

Dang it Nick! You should know better than to sell me bacon wrapped scallops with fillet in a package without warning me. I get home and cook em on the grill thinking our kids wouldn't like them....
