The Mental Health Center of Madison County is located in Huntsville, Ala. Its child and adolescent division provides mental health treatment to children with a wide range of psychiatric disorders. It offers counseling, therapies and evaluation services. The center s care division consists of psychiatrists, nurses, counselors and substance abuse specialists. The center also provides linguistically and culturally appropriate clinical services to the hearing impaired. Its services include crisis intervention, case management, linkage to community agencies and technical support. Its center s case management provides outreach and mobile services that coordinate the wide range of social, personal, financial, medical, psychiatric and transportation needs of seriously mentally ill persons. John Thorington is a Sexual Recovery Therapist (SRT) with a specialization in sexual addictions and couples/marriages. He also works extensively with teens struggling with sexual compulsivity issues.
