My wife and I went to the Guntersville location because the Albertville location was closed due to the remodel. My wife asked for the $7.00 box that she gets in Albertville, but they charge $8.99...

Music was so loud we could enjoy our food. Staff told me they had no control of volume when I requested that they turn it down. I have dined here before and it was never this loud.
