Simply the best. I love everything about this campground. All the staff are amazing and want to give a big shoutout to Mandy. Only place I want to stay. Great Location. Clean bathrooms.

Located in Gulf shores, Alabama, each one of our sites features full hookups, including 30/50 amp power, water/sewer, WiFi, and cable TV! Each site has a 22′ x 60′ concrete pad to accommodate even the largest RVs and beautiful lush landscaping set among our coastal craftsman style buildings. Featuring 2 Bathhouses, a Rec House, Camp Store, and salt water pool with beach entry.

Great location!!! Clean park, and friendly staff. I enjoyed the breakfasts they had while we were there too. Great time to meet other guests. This is one of the best parks i have been to....

We looked for a quaint place to have a break from work/school, and so glad we found Sugar Sands. The resort is super clean, everyone was friendly, and best of all... the sites were so spacious!...

This place has been taken over by a corporation. It was so much better when it was privately owned. Now, they nickel and dime you for everything. The pricing is inconsistent and outrageously...
