Sometimes the line can be long, but the people there are super kind and cheerful and work through it rather quickly. Drinks are usually quite good for Starbucks.

I just dont see what the big deal is about Starbucks. The coffee is just too strong, no amount of sugar can cut the bitterness. McDonald's coffee is much better.
