We began hickory smoking meats in our roadside shack in December 2011. We are here every Thursday, Friday and Saturday (closed on weekend after major holidays) until we sell out. We are a carry out only place, not a sit down restaurant, although if you are just passing through, you are welcome to sit on the porch and visit with us for a bit while you eat.
