Here at Shelby County Physical Therapy, we assess our patients and focus on improving both the obvious problems and pains, but also are skilled at finding the underlying root cause. We focus on improving dynamic movement patterns to improve both normal, functional motion, but also recreational/athletic performance. However, we know that many do not think of themselves as "athletes," so for our generally active community members, we also use this approach to make your daily walks, yardwork, and general activities more efficient and less pain-provoking.
