If you want to true pit barrel...Kingsford Briquettes....lighter fluid barbecue, with the jazzed up open pit sauce, that taste like summer bbq @ ya uncles house...this is a must try. IMHO

Stopped by on our way to Georgia and I don't think I've ever had better BBQ chicken. Fork tender, falling apart but not mushy at all. Fantastic sauce. And oh my lord were the greens fantastic!

Everytime I am at Birmingham, I have to stop by and grab some ribs at this joint. The ribs are probably the best here in Alabama. The customer service is also great.
