We had service with them for about a year. A couple times service just cut out and I had to call to get it back. Both times they had messed something up and I had "lost provisioning" took them...

notified riviera i was moving out (if you dont it's a big chage) by noon. By 9am my power and water were cut, kids couldnt shower or bathe. Bad internet. Riviera strong arms you into a contract...

Just so everyone knows, once a bill goes three weeks late...just three weeks...Riviera will send a truck to your residence with a nasty note and charge you a $25 fee for the trouble.
