Worst service in history! They drop your credit score 50 points when they forget to withdraw your money from auto pay and when you call them to see what issue is the say we can't help you

Painfully slow. Employee act like they don't want be there. Sloppily dressed walk so slow through lobby sat at desk by themselves. Took another 5 min. To call cutomer.
