Very very poor customer service. They are rude and impatient with children. There is one lab tech who we've used for my daughter who was excellent here but I haven't seen her in a long time....

I used Quest for years in Illinois. I went on line and ordered a TSH (thyroid function). It is one that a doctor does not need to order. I made my appointment online so I wouldn't be a walk-in....
