My rent started out at $57 a month and within a few months it was up to $91 with no explanation and with no real way to contact support. I'd go anywhere else near by and not get screwed by these...

Terrible customer service. Will not respond to any questions and can't ever get a hold of anyone who can do anything. Filed a complaint with BBB after charging us with late fees that were their fault!
