Came into this office to formally close my account after moving to a state with no PNC Banks. Signed form, had account/ATM card cleared of any debts/liens, card was taken by staff and account...

Bank closes at 5pm on Fridays. Tried to call the branch an hour before close after several attempts and no one answered the phone. This bank has disappointing issues that they need to address.
