Intersegmental Traction - This therapy is done using a traction table which is set up to gently elongate and stretch your spine, joints, & muscles. This helps to reduce & prevent muscle spasms & restore the normal range of motion. Trigger Point Therapy - Triggers points (muscle knots) can cause a great deal of pain. Pressure (like pinpoint massage) applied to these triggers point can greatly reduce inflammation & pain.
