Northport Power Equipment is definitely not a good example of the word service. They will not work on anything that they do not sell, even warranty work. I called to get a part and was told didn't...

Horrendous service. Brought Mower in to get a simple problem fixed that could be fixed by following a YouTube video for 30 minutes. I would've done it myself, but did not have the time or tools....
