1ST original very rare to find an Eastern European restaurant offering Euro-Asian-American Fusion Cuisine. Started as a Food truck back in 2014 and now full restaurant at Bridge St. Opened brick and mortal in February 2020in Madison and almost lost everything. Thanks to all who help us to set up new location in Huntsville and rise again in January 2021! Come and have a taste of Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Poland, Hungary, Russia, Georgia, Romania and more! Champion house made kielbasa, sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles, goulash, pierogi, borsch, pelmeny, golabki, okroshka, shawarma, kotletki, schnitzel. Special orders. Private parties. Catering.
