We at Mullins Boxing and fitness aim to meet your personal goals. We offer boxing classes as well as personal training. If you prefer a solo class, we offer private boxing and strength classes for either an hour or half hour. We are USA boxing certified BLS certified and hold a Masters degree in physiology with a CSCS certification.

History

Derrick Mullins boxed while he served honorably in the United States Marine Corps. He boxed with professional boxers and coaches out of Pensacola for over 10 years. After relocating to Daphne, AL. Mullins opened his own boxing gym to help promote boxing, fitness and self confidence to young adults and those who just had an admiration to learn the sweet science.
