Mountain Brook Soccer Club is one of the largest soccer clubs in the state of Alabama. It offers intramural, recreational and competitive programs to over 2,000 children and teenagers every year. Founded in 1977, the club is a nonprofit, volunteer organization that is a founder and charter member of the Mid-State Soccer League and the Alabama Youth Soccer Association. Mountain Brook Soccer Club is affiliated with US Youth Soccer and the United States Soccer Federation. It employs a work force of more than 25 full-time staff members that includes coaching, program and sports medicine directors.
