We at Mobile Yoga Center believe that a yoga practice can and should be accessible to everyone. Whether you are a longtime practitioner or just starting out on your yoga journey, our intention and promise is to meet you where you are. Yoga is about balance, and we strive to create an experience for you that will both challenge you and help put you at ease. Our entire staff at the studio is here to welcome you and share with you the life-changing power of breath, movement and meditation. Through a combination and variety of yoga styles we would like to encourage you to explore what is right for your body each time you come to the top of your mat. For us, yoga is more than a workout, although we love to make you sweat, we are more interested in helping guide you back to the present moment and find ways to improve your life and reduce stress.
