Rude. Called to ask if they sold a certain boot in store. Man who answered was very rude and told me that was Walmart. As far as I know Walmart doesn't carry $150 Dr Martens.

I called this place and was told that what I needed to be done could be done without having more leather put into my boots. The man on the phone explained how it would be done quoted me the price...
