I wish I could give them minus 5 stars. They are the absolute worst in terms of outages, service and pricing. If you have any other options , save yourself a lot of trouble and go with them.

Mediacom knows what the problem is. The node that my area is connected to has too many users to offer the experience that they advertise. My internet is constantly off and on every 2 or 3 mins....
